
Mandy Fernandez was born in New York but lived most of his life in Miami, Florida. He accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 13. He graduated from the University of Miami in 1988 with a degree in Political Science. He served in the United States Army and is a veteran of the Gulf War.
Mandy returned to Miami in 1991 where he taught social studies at the middle school level for 10 years. He ministered at Westchester Christian Church and was instrumental in starting The Rock Miami. He moved to Canton in December 2004 to plant a new church, The Rock Woodstock, where he serves as pastor. He is married and has 4 children - Armando Jr., Joy, Josiah, and Timothy.
